Job summary

NCG Hospitality seeks a dedicated Steward/Dishwasher at Brookfield Conference Center. Starting at $16/hour, with potential for higher wages for experienced candidates, the role offers flexible Add Days and ADD shifts.

You will support servers by keeping dining spaces clean, resetting promptly, and ensuring fast, friendly service for every guest.

Qualifications

• Three months or more of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently, on-time and error free.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• In dining spaces, entryways and guest areas, keep spaces clean and orderly.
• Stock service stations with beverages and supplies throughout the shift.
• Ensure back of house is clean and orderly.

How You’ll Make An Impact

In the Steward role, you'll help create a seamless dining experience by keeping tables clean, resetting quickly, and supporting servers to ensure fast, friendly service for every guest.

• Maintains continual upkeep of dining spaces to include entry ways and all guest-facing spaces
• Stock service stations throughout the shift to include beverage and paper supplies
• Ensures back of house is clean and orderly
