Job summary

Weatherly Inn is seeking a dependable dishwasher to support our Food Service team. The role ensures cleanliness, proper sanitation, and timely dish availability, helping to maintain a smooth dining experience for residents.

We offer full-time hours with benefits; a Food Handlers certificate is required within 14 days of start. Reports to the Food Services Director / Cook and supports meal prep and service in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred.
• Food Handlers certification required (within 14 days).

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and store all dishes, glassware, and utensils
• Assist with meal prep, salads, catering items, and snacks
• Bus tables in emergencies
• Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room; follow daily cleaning schedules
• Report injuries and unsafe conditions immediately
• Perform other duties as assigned

About the Role

• Bus tables in emergencies
• Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room; follow daily cleaning schedules
• Report injuries and unsafe conditions immediately
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs and push 250 lbs in wheelchair or cart
