Dishwasher Position Responsibilities

• Keep the dish area clean and organized
• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• Restock all plateware and silverware on each station
• Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
