Base pay range

Responsibilities:

• Wash pots, pans, and other cooking equipment by hand following approved techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen utensils and service ware.
• Keep the dish area, equipment, and chemicals clean and organized.
• Change dish machine chemicals, water, and sink water as needed.
• Inspect and verify proper machine operation and chemical levels throughout the shift.
