Our franchise organization, Spring Corral, Inc., is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team! The Utility Person / Dishwasher is responsible for various duties that significantly impact the guests’ dining experience. Guests consistently rate cleanliness as a crucial factor in their decision to return, so each Utility Person / Dishwasher must perform their duties with excellence. The role involves maintaining general cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant, with dishwashing being a key responsibility.

Cleanliness:

• Provides clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Cleans the interior of the restaurant to ensure a pleasant, safe environment for guests and staff.
• Cleans around the exterior of the building and parking lot.
• Checks, cleans, and stocks restrooms.
• Empties trash into the dumpster and maintains cleanliness of the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area.
• Thoroughly cleans and organizes the utility area.
• Follows duty roster and ensures cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
• Adheres to local health department regulations.

Operational Excellence:

• Stocks cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes.
• Maintains organization, speed, and cleanliness standards.
• Reports equipment and facility issues to the Manager.

Guest Service:

• Understands and follows responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
