Job summary

Turtleback Mountain Golf and Resort in Elephant Butte, NM is seeking a Part-Time Dishwasher to join Troon-managed operations. You’ll manage the dish pit and assist with light prep, while helping maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

Must be available nights and weekends with flexible schedule and room for advancement. Benefits include healthcare, a 401(k) with employer match, and eligibility for service charge and employee meals.

• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after closing.
• Performs other duties as required

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

General Purpose:
