Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring a dishwashing associate at the Hilton Short Hills. You will maintain sanitation in the dish room and kitchen areas, break down trays, operate the dish machine, and support a fast-paced culinary team to ensure spotless dishes and guest satisfaction.

This is a union position offering $23.60 per hour, with benefits including free meals in Associates' dining room, hotel room discounts at Crescent properties, and opportunities to grow within a respected hospitality

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, set up dish machine, wash dish ware, and sort and store all clean china, glass and silver using proper procedures.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile on kitchen walls and baseboards.

Compensation: $23.60 per hour

You have the ability to work in a fast past environment and have a keen eye for details to ensure cleanliness of all dishes, glassware and silverware. You have experience in working with commercial dish machines and cleaners. You enjoy working with a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
