Bad Brads BBQ - Shelby Twp. is seeking a dependable dishwasher to support kitchen sanitation and station turnover. You will help maintain clean cookware, storage containers, and prep areas while following established SOPs for cleaning and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Display cooperation, urgency and food safety through high-integrity ware washing and facility maintenance.
• Work with the kitchen team to keep cookware and storage containers clean and in good shape.
• Return cookware to storage areas properly to maintain organization.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures for sanitation with a cleaning schedule.
• Partner with the kitchen team to promote teamwork and efficient station turnover.
• Empty trash containers regularly and check cook stations for dirty dish pickups.
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested and clean food prep stations and equipment.

What you’ll do:

• Display cooperation, a sense of urgency, pride in your work, and food safety through high integrity performance of ware washing and facility maintenance duties
• Work with the kitchen team to keep all cookware and storage containers clean and in good shape
• Maintain organization of cookware by returning it to its respective storage areas properly
• Learn and retain standard operating procedures for all sanitation duties while consistently following a timeline and cleaning project schedule
• Partner with kitchen team to promote teamwork and efficient excellence in station turnover and end of shift breakdown
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Check cook stations for dirty dish pickups
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
