Role Overview: The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing all flatware, glassware, and china, maintaining the cleanliness of the dishwashing area to meet health standards, removing trash, and keeping exterior trash areas clean. This role requires close collaboration with the Sous Chefs, kitchen manager, line cooks, and front-of-house staff to ensure all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and returned to service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas, food storage, and garbage areas
• Assist in inventory and supply control, handling dishes properly to prevent breakage
• Follow department of health standards and industry regulations
• Perform additional duties as needed, including prep work
