Job summary

Din Tai Fung North America is hiring a dishwasher for our Scottsdale location. You will operate the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher, help keep the dining area and kitchen clean, and assist with trash and deliveries in a bustling restaurant environment.

This position requires a friendly, energetic team player with open availability and the ability to stand for extended periods. Prior experience is welcome but not required, and we promote within whenever possible.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes using a 3-compartment sink and a commercial dishwasher.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized throughout shifts.
• Manage the restaurant's trash in accordance with local regulations.
• Unload deliveries and assist with basic prep and prep-area duties.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervision.

Job Purpose

Dishwashers are responsible for washing dishes through the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher. They are also responsible for cleaning the restaurant, managing the restaurant's trash in accordance with the property's trash regulations, unloading deliveries, and other supporting functions.
