Job summary

Kolter Hospitality Group is seeking a Full Time Dishwasher at Embassy Suites Sarasota, FL. This on-site position requires maintaining cleanliness of the dish room and kitchen, washing dishware, and supporting daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include breaking down trays, operating the dish machine, sorting and storing clean dishware, and keeping areas tidy. The role is on-site with a hourly wage of $15.50.

Qualifications

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room and kitchen.
• Break down trays, set-up dish machine, wash dishware, and sort and store all clean china, glass and silver using proper procedures.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile walls and baseboards.
