Lazy Dog Restaurants, LLC in California is seeking a Dishwasher who keeps dishware, glassware, and utensils clean and sanitized. You will maintain the dish machine and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe, organized kitchen environment and familiarity with dishroom chemicals.

Qualifications

• Maintain dish room and utensils in a clean, sanitized condition.
• Familiar with chemicals used in the dish machine and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils and place them in racks for the dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes and carry them to proper storage areas.
• Change dishwater in the dish machine as required.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays.
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning solutions and sanitize.
• Assemble/disassemble the dish machine and prep thoroughly.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment in the dish room and adjacent areas.

Dishwasher: At this location, our cooks earn $18.70 / hour and an additional $2 on average per hour in tips.

If you love to keep plate ware, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized, while maintaining the dish machine, dish room, prep area, equipment, then this is the job for you. You are super tidy and like to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the dish room and adjacent areas of the restaurants. You are familiar with the chemicals used in the dish machine and daily cleaning procedures.
