Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations in a Senior Living setting. The role focuses on maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards.

The position requires setting up and maintaining dishwashing stations, operating dish machines, and upholding sanitation logs while assisting with dining service duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
