Are you looking to start your career in the culinary industry? As a Dishwasher at Bigalora, you are the backbone of our kitchen operations. You will ensure that our chefs have clean, sanitized cookware and that our guests eat off spotless dishes. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth for those who show initiative and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing machinery to clean plates, glassware, silverware, and kitchen tools.
• Wash and sanitize large kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, and prep containers.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed (e.g., washing and peeling produce).
• Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and equipment.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles regularly.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and organization at the end of each shift.

Qualifications
