Responsibilities

• Fulfill all opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Follow schedule as written unless directed by management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary workspace during your shift.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and properly use a 3-compartment sink.
• Communicate with both FOH and BOH teams to support their needs during service.
• Efficiently clean all plates, glassware, and utensils while keeping up with the pace of the shift.
• Assist with general BOH support as needed.
• Exhibit strong multi-tasking skills in a high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do
