Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness of major kitchen equipment and proper washing, sanitizing, drying, and storing of china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Transport dishes to the kitchen following meal preparation and mealtimes.
• Properly clear, wash, sanitize, and restock all dishes, silverware, and glassware.
• Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils properly.
• Return dishes and utensils to appropriate storage areas.
• Break down the kitchen for cleaning.
• Ensure all sanitary and safety standards are met.

Minimum Requirements:

• Criminal record clearance prior to initial employment.
• Pass all health screenings such as Physical, TB, and Drug tests.
• Obtain current basic First Aid certification within the first 30 days of hire.
• Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or willing to get vaccinated.
