Our dishwashers are responsible for washing according to Anthony’s standards, maintaining sanitation and safety daily.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate the dish machine to ensure clean service ware with minimal breakage.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report issues promptly.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area.
• Ensure adequate supplies of clean tableware for dining and kitchen use.
• Clean food prep and production areas as needed.
• Minimize breakage of equipment and service ware.

This position is typically part-time.

Requirements:

• No previous restaurant experience required but preferred: dishwasher, crew member, janitor, etc.
• Clear communication with staff and managers.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Team player attitude.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Bend and reach during shifts.
• Handle kitchen utensils safely and accurately.
• Maintain high sanitation standards, including frequent handwashing.
• Must be 18+ to operate certain equipment.
