Job Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, handling food preparation, organizing, sanitation, and managing food production, as well as closing and storing items at workstations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Set up daily prep stations and organize work areas.
• Operate dishwashing machines, sinks, and ware washing stations.
• Dispose of food waste, manage trash, and break down boxes for disposal.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as directed.
• Prepare and store food items adhering to quality standards.
• Assist in receiving and procuring kitchen supplies safely and sanitation-wise.
• Communicate with chefs regarding chemicals or equipment issues.
• Support team members and guests to ensure excellent service and teamwork.

About You

• Experience in stewarding or kitchen prep is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
