Job summary

Hash Kitchen in Peoria, AZ is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to join our vibrant brunch-focused team. No experience required; we provide on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement as you master the flow of a busy kitchen.

You will wash dishes, maintain clean work areas, and help keep the dining room stocked with clean dishes to support chefs and cooks during service. Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked. Report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager.
• Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas.
• Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
• Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

A Day In The Brunch Life

Every day has a different flavor as you work for Hash Kitchen. As a Dishwasher, your job will be to clean and sanitize dishes so that Cooks have the supplies they need to prepare food and serve mouth-watering brunch food.

As a Dishwasher for Hash Kitchen, you will;
