Position: Dishwasher

We are seeking reliable Dishwashers for our Bergan cafe! This is a daytime role, supporting a great work/life balance.

Responsibilities:

1. Wash pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses, and traps; maintain neat appearance of work areas and storage areas
2. Sweep and mop kitchen floors
3. Clean garbage cans and waste barrels
4. Maintain bathroom cleanliness on a 45-minute rotation
5. Assist with checking in food orders and proper storage according to FIFO
6. Keep storage areas clean and organized according to standards
7. Wash worktables, walls, and refrigerators
8. Operate dishwashing machine following SOPs
9. Follow all procedures and food hygiene regulations
10. Participate in deep cleaning of BOH and FOH as needed
11. Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, tidying stations, emptying bins, and bathroom cleaning

Qualifications:
