Job summary

Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living in Overland Park, Kansas, is seeking team members to support kitchen and dining operations. As a utility/food service teammate, you’ll help with stocking, prep support, and keeping areas organized and clean.

Compensation starts at $16.50 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and a $500 bonus for part-time roles. Full-time workers enjoy benefits and growth opportunities while maintaining a balanced schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior service or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking.
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including PPE.
