Job summary

Ford's Garage in Florida is hiring full-time dishwashers to keep our kitchens clean, safe and running smoothly. As a Heart of House Hero, you’ll wash dishes, stock, and support the team during busy shifts in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

This role requires stamina, the ability to stand for long hours, and English communication. We offer daily pay, open-door feedback, and exclusive discounts as part of a fun, team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to tolerate significant changes in temperature and frequent immersion of hands in water or cleaning solutions.
• Must possess or obtain a valid food/alcohol certification as required by state law.
• Stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
• Must read, write and speak in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of dish and work areas, bathrooms, trash cans, floors, back dock and kitchen.
• Handling and using chemicals and dishwashing machinery according to safety standards.
• Owning maintenance of dish room and equipment and stocking with cleanware.
• Assisting in food prep and any other duties as requested.

• Ensuring both our guests and our team members are experiencing our restaurants in the cleanest and safest ways
