Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is hiring a Dishwasher at Camp Margaritaville Resort in Orange Lake, NY. The Dishwasher will ensure all dishware and kitchen supplies are sanitized and meet safety standards. Responsibilities include washing dishes, cleaning countertops, and complying with sanitation standards. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring all safety and cleanliness standards are met while efficiently cleaning all dishware, drinkware, and other necessary supplies for the meal services provided throughout the resort.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Job Requirements

• Wash and sanitize all dishes and kitchen supplies at the resort
• Clean and sanitize countertops and floors after each shift
• Comply with standards as outlined in food and dish sanitation checklists

Job Qualifications

• Ability to use all dishwashing equipment provided and required in the resort kitchen
• Ability to understand and execute all required safety procedures
• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary

• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
