Position Snapshot:

The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our environment. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and storing all dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through food, drinks, and games.
• Keep your supervisor informed of any issues and take corrective actions as needed.
• Properly use chemicals for safety and cost efficiency.
• Operate all equipment safely and correctly.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware.
• Sort dishware to prevent loss or disposal.
• Clean kitchen pots, pans, and utensils.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage.
• Manage trash and maintain cleanliness of trash cans.
• Assist other kitchen staff and support pressure relief during shifts.
• Help with line maintenance, sweeping, and dishwashing.
• Support prep and banquet tasks as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains.
• Assist in storage area maintenance, cleanliness, and stocking.
• Keep mats clean and maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor, smiling and engaging with guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to:

• Work days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Operate in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 30 pounds.
• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.
