Compensation Range: $19.00 - $20.00

The Alamo Kitchen Crew, including line cooks and dishwashers, are the heartbeat of our theaters. A successful Dishwasher will ensure everything is in order—from station prep to maintaining a clean kitchen. CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines.
• Maintain the highest safety standards and follow all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy; be knowledgeable about all Alamo policies and procedures.
• Clean, prep, organize, and maintain kitchen and dishwashing areas as needed and assigned.
• Ensure all dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc., are cleaned and sanitized efficiently to support the flow of food and drinks to guests.
• Use tools such as measuring cups/spoons, scales, and other equipment required by Alamo kitchen protocols for all preparations.
• Follow cleaning schedules, prep lists, station stocking guides, and other kitchen systems to control food waste, production, and quality.
• Communicate needs, concerns, and important points regularly with teammates and managers.
• Support the delivery of food and beverage orders as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume food production environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active food handler certification as required by the state.
• Being an cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift light loads up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfort working in a kitchen environment with heat, steam, noise, and cleaning solutions.
• Operate in a busy, sometimes loud environment with caution and awareness.
