Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria is hiring a Dishwasher to keep the pots, pans, and dishes moving in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll stand on your feet, assist with cleaning, and operate a dishwashing machine or 3-compartment sink.

As a Dishwasher at Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, you’ll stay busy. Whether it’s operating a dishwashing machine (for dine-in restaurants), a 3-compartment sink, or cleaning that spot behind the oven, we’ll rely on you to roll up your sleeves and help wherever you’re needed. To thrive in this job, previous experience working at restaurants is preferred, but not required. You must love great food, hustling to help your team out, and keeping pizzas flying out of the kitchen. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, which makes this a perfect starting point to launch or expand your restaurant career.

Here’s what you can expect on a typical day as a Dishwasher at Lou Malnati’s:

• You’re on the move. You’ll likely be on your feet your entire shift. You’ll be cleaning, sweeping, and operating a dishwashing machine (for dine-in restaurants). You must be able to lift 50-80 pounds throughout your shift.
• Taking on new duties and doing whatever is needed. You’ll learn by doing

Requirements

• Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills
• Ability to stand approximately 90% of the workday and freely access all areas of the locations
• Capability to withstand warm temperatures and proficient in utilizing kitchen equipment
• Be able to lift/move up to 50- 80lbs.
• Endure in various physical activities like reaching, bending, kneeling, climbing, and moving about the facility
• Follow directions and create respectable menu items
