Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse in Myrtle Beach, SC is hiring dishwashers for full-time and part-time roles. You’ll support the back-of-house team by cleaning pots and utensils, maintaining a clean dish area, and ensuring the machine operates safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash pots, pans, and other cooking equipment by hand according to standards.
• Maintain clean and sanitized utensils and service ware to support fast service.
• Keep dish area, equipment and chemicals organized and stocked.
• Ensure work area and equipment stay clean throughout the shift.
• Change dish machine chemicals, water, and perform sink duties as needed.
• Inspect dishwasher to ensure proper operation and chemical levels.

Your commitment to us:

• Wash pots, pans, and other cooking equipment by hand while following company approved washing techniques
• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and provide efficient service to our guests
• Maintain dish area, equipment, and chemicals
• Ensure the work area and equipment stay clean throughout shift.
• Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three compartment sink, as needed
• Inspect and verify machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the work day
