Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is hiring dishwashers in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role supports back-of-house operations by washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and assisting the team to keep service moving smoothly.

We offer flexible part-time or full-time hours with opportunities for advancement and team member discounts. The job requires 18+ and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends in a welcoming, hospitality-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (where allowed by local laws)
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts
• No formal culinary experience required; able to work in a fast-paced BOH environment

Responsibilities

• Wash pots, pans and other cooking equipment by hand or with machine as directed
• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware
• Keep dish area, equipment and chemicals organized and stocked
• Ensure workstation is clean and safe throughout the shift
• Monitor and adjust chemical levels in dish machine and report issues

DISHWASHERS

Your commitment to us:

• Wash pots, pans, and other cooking equipment by hand while following company approved washing techniques
• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and provide efficient service to our guests
• Maintain dish area, equipment, and chemicals
• Ensure the work area and equipment stay clean throughout shift.
• Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three compartment sink, as needed
• Inspect and verify machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the work day
