Job summary

Fogo de Chão in New York is hiring a Dishwasher to support our busy kitchen operations. You will wash dishes, maintain cleanliness, and help keep the dining area stocked and safe for guests and crew.

We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time hourly team members, plus life and disability coverage. Part-time benefits and a competitive pay range from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour are available based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through ensuring that all of the dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and ready to be stocked on the floor with minimal breakage.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen floor and the removal of trash from the kitchen and restrooms.
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provides support through ensuring that all of the dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and ready to be stocked on the floor with minimal breakage.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen floor and the removal of trash from the kitchen and restrooms.
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Must have full time availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.

Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability are provided where allowed. Part‑Time Team Members are offered a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) Health plan in addition to Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance. This position has a pay range that starts at $17.00 and goes up to $19.00. Your rate is dependent upon your relevant work experience.
