Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Holtsville, NY is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to support our kitchen team and keep the dining room running smoothly. You will ensure dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and stocked for service.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean kitchen floor, removing trash from kitchen and restrooms, and completing opening or closing shift duties as directed by management. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods and work at a fast pace.
• Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Provides support through ensuring that all of the dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and ready to be stocked on the floor with minimal breakage.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen floor and the removal of trash from the kitchen and restrooms.
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must have full time availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.
