This position is full-time at an entry level in the management and manufacturing sector, specifically within hospitals and health care.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down dish machine, ensuring proper operation and reporting defects.
• Perform preventive maintenance procedures.
• Wash and store all dishes correctly, including presoaking pots, pans, and silverware.
• Check water temperature during dishwashing to ensure sanitation.
• Remove trash, clean and sanitize garbage cans, and keep the dishroom tidy.
• Work as part of a team and perform other duties as assigned by a manager.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move efficiently within the kitchen.
• Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for up to 7 hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work in wet floors, extreme temperatures, and loud environments.
