Our franchise organization, GC Partners, Inc. dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

The Utility Person / Dishwasher is responsible for many duties that impact the guests’ dining experience. Guests rate cleanliness as the most important factor in deciding whether to return, so each Utility Person / Dishwasher must execute their duties with excellence. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant.
• Providing clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Cleaning the restaurant interior, restrooms, and outdoor areas.
• Empting trash and keeping the dumpster and back dock area clean.
• Organizing the utility area.
• Following health department laws.

Operational responsibilities include:

• Stocking kitchen and serving areas with necessary supplies.
• Maintaining organization, speed, and cleanliness.
• Reporting equipment and facility issues to the Manager.

Guest service involves understanding and following position responsibilities for timely delivery.
