Merrill Gardens at Carolina Park in Mt Pleasant, SC is hiring a part-time Senior Living Dishwasher for the afternoons (1:30pm – 7:30pm).

You will wash dishes, help cooks, and support daily meal service while keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and compliant with safety and sanitation standards in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• Food Handler's Permit as required
• Flexibility with schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Washing all dishes and assisting cooks in preparation of breakfast, lunch, or dinner meals.
• Complete all cleaning duties on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
• Handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with federal, state and local procedures.

Our Dishwashers are responsible for:

• Washing all dishes and assisting cooks in preparation of breakfast, lunch, or dinner meals.
• Complete all cleaning duties on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
• Handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with federal, state and local procedures.

If you are someone with:

• Food Handler's Permit as required
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and manual handling of materials up to 50 lbs. Regular bending, lifting, and reaching are also part of daily responsibilities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
