Job summary

Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher in Morton Grove, IL. You will keep the kitchen spotless, restock supplies, and support service behind the scenes to ensure smooth guest experiences.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability. You may assist with light prep and delivery receipt, while maintaining a safe, sanitary work area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized dish area at all times.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools.
• Keep back dock and floors clean and safe; remove trash and boxes.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow and prep when needed.
• Assist with light kitchen prep or deliveries when required.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to anticipate needs.

Compensation Range: $15.00 - $19.00/hour

Pay offered is determined by skills, qualifications and experience.

• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift
• Keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
• Ensure a clean work environment by breaking down and removing all garbage & boxes to the dumpster or designated area.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep clean supplies moving and stations ready
