• Sort and stack clean dishes and carry them to the cook’s line and storage areas.
• Change the dishwater in the dish machine as required.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays.
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Assemble/disassemble the dish machine.
• Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.
