Mill Creek Country Club, part of Troon, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join a fast-paced kitchen team in Mill Creek, WA. You will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and stocking all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware, while maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

The role emphasizes safe work practices, reliability, and the ability to perform daily cleaning tasks, with pay range $16.28 - $20.00 hourly. Regular attendance is required in this hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler.
• Empties kitchen trash and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and wares in proper areas.
• Applies safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes dishes and kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Clean, wash and sanitize all dishes, clean kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have experience working in fast paced restaurant experience.

• Regular and reliable attendance.
