Job summary

Sushi by Scratch Restaurants is seeking a responsible dishwasher to maintain a spotless work area and keep dishes stocked and ready for our sushi chefs.

With multiple outlets and room to grow, you will assist the team by cleaning prep materials, keeping areas organized, and adapting to a small fine dining environment. Hours are 3pm to midnight, part-time, joining a growing restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fine dining setting.
• Availability to work 3pm–midnight.
