Position: Dishwasher

Purpose: Ensure all wares are clean and sanitized for the front and back of house.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Wash all wares, including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
2. Store clean dishes and utensils properly.
3. Stock serving stations, cupboards, and refrigerators.
4. Clean trash receptacles.
5. Transport supplies and equipment as needed.
6. Assist in food prep as directed.
7. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment following health and safety guidelines.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
