Your Commitment To Us

1. Wash pots, pans, and other cooking equipment by hand following company-approved washing techniques.
2. Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to keep up with the restaurant's pace and provide efficient service to guests.
3. Maintain dish area, equipment, and chemicals.
4. Ensure the work area and equipment stay clean throughout the shift.
5. Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink as needed.
6. Inspect and verify that the machine is working properly and chemical levels are correct throughout the workday.

Requirements

1. Must be 18 years of age or older (unless local/state regulations apply).
2. Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts.

Logan's Roadhouse is a well-established, full-service restaurant concept with growth opportunities for team members. As a back-of-house dishwasher, you will focus on dish pit/dish machine operation, providing efficiency and teamwork. You will also interact with co-workers in a friendly and thoughtful manner.
