Newk's Eatery in Little Rock, AR is seeking a reliable Dish Washer Staff to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, utensils, and equipment in a fast-paced restaurant.

The role requires extensive standing, exposure to heat, and collaborating with teammates to ensure a safe, sanitary back-of-house. Flexible shifts are available; opportunity for advancement exists, with meal discounts and a positive work environment.

Job description

Dish Washer Staff

is a Back of House positions. The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for plate ware, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils using a machine and manual cleaning methods. This position ensures the dishwashing area is clean, safe, and sanitary. This position needs a motivated individual that prefers to work individually. Must be focused and pay attention to details.

Physical Requirements:

• Extensive standing without breaks.
• Exposure to heat, smoke and cold.
• Reaching heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three ft.
• Must have high level of mobility/flexibility in space provided for periods of up to eight hours or longer as needed.
• Effective communication with peers, managers and guests.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Preferred Experience but not limited to.
