Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center located in Lewis Center, Ohio, is searching for a Dishwasher to join our team! In this position, you will wash and properly store all cooking utensils, china, equipment, flatware, and glassware.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Wash dishes and items for the entire property.
2. Sweep and mop coolers daily.
3. Sweep dry storage areas.
4. Keep levels stocked on flour, rice, and sugar bins.
5. Receive all deliveries and check to ensure correct products were ordered.
6. Weigh at least two protein items to verify proper case weight.
7. Take receiving temperatures on protein products.
8. Receive grocery orders and store items appropriately.
9. Label and date all items.
10. Assist chefs with inventory procedures to ensure proper stock levels, monthly.
11. Help in the kitchen as needed.
12. Maintain a clean van and ensure it is gassed for the next day.
13. Long hours may sometimes be required.
14. Convey information and ideas clearly.
15. Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
16. Handle workplace problems effectively, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues.
17. Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns raised by team members and guests.
