Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Dishwasher to support our kitchen team with washing dishes, stocking supplies, and basic food prep to help deliver our culinary offerings. You will help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform tasks in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed.

Our kitchens depend on the teams who work to keep the operation running smoothly. As a dishwasher, you will help to ensure the kitchen staff has clean dishes and supplies needed to prepare our unique culinary offerings. What will I do?

• Support culinary operations by washing dishes, putting away dish loads and performing other kitchen duties as necessary, including some food prep work
• Assist with receiving of products, stock rotation and general kitchen organization and cleanliness
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area to ensure work gets completed in the most effective and safest way possible
