Position Snapshot:

The Dishwasher role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our venue. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and proper storage of all dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver an exceptional guest experience through food, drinks, and games.
2. Keep your supervisor informed of any issues and take corrective actions as needed.
3. Use chemicals safely and correctly for safety and cost efficiency.
4. Operate all equipment properly and safely.
5. Clean and sanitize dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
6. Sort dishware to prevent loss or disposal.
7. Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
8. Handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage.
9. Manage trash and maintain cleanliness of trash cans.
10. Assist kitchen staff with pressure relief, line maintenance, and cleaning tasks.
11. Support storage, stocking, and maintenance of kitchen areas.
12. Maintain a positive working relationship with team members.
13. Be friendly, approachable, and able to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends.
14. Previous maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
15. Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
16. Dress professionally and maintain personal neatness.
17. Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment, lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and wiping. Reasonable accommodations can be provided for disabilities.
