Job summary

Legends Global/accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, WA is seeking a Dishwasher to ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas. The role reports to the Sous Chef / Executive Chef and pays $17.45 per hour.

The position involves prep assistance for events, operating an industrial dishwasher, and maintaining sanitary conditions across kitchen spaces and equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold current and valid food handler's permit.
• Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pre-rinse all dishes prior to placing in industrial dishwasher.
• Use industrial dishwasher to wash all dishes from the kitchen, concession stands and catering events.
• Clean all kitchen equipment on a regular basis and as requested by Executive Chef or other team members.
• Clean kitchen floors on a regular basis.
• Assists chefs with preparation for events.
• Place all recycling and trash in appropriate locations.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

SUMMARY

Legends Global has an immediate opening for a Dishwasher at the accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, WA. This position is responsible for ensuring for the cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES

• Pre-rinse all dishes prior to placing in industrial dishwasher.
• Use industrial dishwasher to wash all dishes from the kitchen, concession stands and catering events.
• Clean all kitchen equipment on a regular basis and as requested by Executive Chef or other team members.
• Clean kitchen floors on a regular basis.
• Assists chefs with preparation for events.
• Place all recycling and trash in appropriate locations.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
