Role Overview

The Dishwasher is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our venue. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and storing dishes, flatware, utensils, and kitchenware.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through excellent food, drinks, and games.
• Keep supervisors informed of any issues and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Use chemicals safely and correctly, operate equipment properly.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Sort dishware to prevent loss or disposal.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including floors, walls, drains, and storage areas.
• Assist with kitchen tasks such as line maintenance, sweeping, and prep work as directed.
• Handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with team members to promote a cooperative environment.
• Adhere to dress code, look neat, clean, and professional.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Disciplined, self-motivated, and friendly.
• Willing to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Work in noisy, fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 30 pounds.
• Stand, walk, reach, bend, and wipe frequently.
