Trinity Services Group is hiring a Dishwasher/Sanitation Worker to maintain the cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment at an on-site jail/correctional facility. You will report to a Food Service Director and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen operation.

The role requires basic sanitation knowledge, the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and move throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 months prior work experience preferred.
• Understand basic sanitation procedures.
• Able to follow safety procedures when handling chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, serveware, and equipment.
• Keep dishwashing area and related spaces clean and organized.
• Report equipment issues to management.
• Demonstrate good customer service and safety practices.

About This Position

The Dishwasher/Sanitation Worker is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of dishes, serveware and equipment.

You will report to a Food Service Director. This position is located onsite inside of a jail/correctional facility.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain dishwashing station, sink and related areas cleaned.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report any issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service.
• Follows Trinity Services Group safety procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience. Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Can follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Requires constant standing/walking.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
