ALMG Hospitality's Yup Dduk Irvine location is hiring a full-time Dishwasher in Irvine, CA. You will wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required; employment offers competitive wages, paid vacations, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and holidays observed.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager.
• Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Prepare and package individual place settings.
• Receive and store food supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerator or other storage areas.
• Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas
• Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.
• Cook and prepare a variety of food products according to the Daily Prep List.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.
• Assist in training new fellow employees according to up-to-date training manual.
