Work Overview

The Dishwasher maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment, ensuring the kitchen and dining areas remain safe, clean, and fully stocked to support smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, floors, shelves, and machines.
• Assist kitchen staff by providing clean kitchen tools and equipment promptly.
• Clean all items according to health and safety standards.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures consistently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• At least one (1) year of previous back‑of‑house kitchen experience (preferred).

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The employee is required to work with long periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time. Exposure to kitchen environment includes heat, steam, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment.

Position will be based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH, with occasional travel to local and out‑of‑state markets.
