Job Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for duties such as washing dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and food production, as well as closing and storage for individual workstations as needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Set up daily prep and organize the workstation.
• Operate the dishwashing machine, sink pot scrub station, and ware washing setup.
• Dispose of food waste, manage trash receptacles, and break down boxes for disposal.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as directed.
• Prepare and store food items in accordance with quality standards.
• Assist in receiving and procurement of kitchen goods following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate with Chefs regarding special products or equipment issues.
• Assist team members, Members, and guests to ensure excellent service and participate as a team member.

About You

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen prep is favorable.
• High school diploma preferred.
