Summary
Performs duties related to dish room services, including scrubbing totes, buckets, machine parts, utensils, and maintaining organization. Ensures the dish room is clean, safe, and sanitized, adhering to USDA/FDA standards. Floors and drains must pass a protein swab test daily. Collaborates with all teams to support food production operations, including filling, restocking, and cleaning according to USDA/FDA procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency at assigned stations.
• Assist other stations with packaging, sanitation, and related tasks.
• Perform general upkeep, including shoveling snow, sweeping, and mopping.
• Communicate issues with management promptly.
• Complete closing cleaning checklists.
• Comply with USDA, HACCP, and Allergen Management programs.

Qualifications

No prior experience necessary. Candidates should be organized, self-motivated, dependable, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under time constraints.

Physical Demands

Frequent use of hands and arms, standing, stooping, kneeling, walking. Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, color, and focus adjustment.

Work Environment

Moderate to loud noise, fast-paced, close quarters, frequent heat exposure, occasional cool temperatures.

Language Skills
